Account manager

Ignited is searching for an Account Manager to join our team!

Ignited is a full-cycle product company where all projects go from the hypothesis stage to the commercial launch, further development, and monetization. As a result, the team combines both early-stage products and well-known brands operating in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Key objectives:
  • Maintain and track the performance of existing partner accounts;

  • Build interactions and communication with partners;

  • Communicate daily with partners to: define work requirements, draft new requirements, follow up on requirements, and ensure proper documentation is generated

  • Make suggestions and deliver them to our partners;

  • Analysis and quality-control of work.
What is desired:
  • Majority of experience in account management and communication with customers;

  • Comprehensive English level for reading and understanding partner and account information;

  • High communication skills and ability to structure and communicate information;

  • Understanding of what a marriage agency is in Ukraine (interactive experience of any form is a plus).
