You can request a copy of the data that we hold on you very easily. It is free to get a copy, and we aim to respond within 14 days (in Europe we have to respond to you within 30 days). It's easy to get a copy of your data, simply email our data protection team at firstname.lastname@example.org
attaching a photo or scan of your photo ID (passport or driving license) and a utility bill (to provide proof of your address). We need to make sure you are who you claim to be when requesting copies of data, and once we are satisfied about your identity we will email or post a copy of your data to you. Sometimes, if its records of chat histories you are asking us to provide for you, that might contain personal data of a third party, and we are allowed to redact their information unless you have their consent for us to share it.
